| Pebble Beach Golf Course

" 7th Hole " We had the privilege and thrill this summer of playing a couple courses at the Pebble Beach Resort in Monterey, California. What an experience, we sould definitely recommend for the golf enthusiast out there. This golf outing was planned a couple years ago as a going away present for Mike's boss Ron. Ron is an avid golfer and always dreamed of playing Pebble Beach, we were fortunate enough to make it a reality. Lisa did all the planning (they were booked up over a year in advance) and found great accommodations right at the Pebble Beach resort. We played 2 courses during our stay, Spy Glass Hill and Pebble Beach. Both were challenging and unique in their own way. The first thing we noticed was the size of the greens, very small and well guarded with bunkers. We managed to shoot very reasonable scores considering we never played the course before and we're really just hacks. The pictures we took of the courses and surrounding area do not do justice to how pretty this region is. If you every get to this part of the country, be sure to take the 17 mile drive through the golf courses and cypress trees, you will not be disappointed.
